Hey, I’m Harry—the Chief of Anxiety Tribe.
Growing up, anxiety was a huge part of my life. I had severe panic attacks, and to be honest, I was scared most of the time. It felt like I was constantly just trying to survive the day. But here’s the thing: I still have anxiety today, but I’ve learned how to manage it, and more importantly, how to live beyond it.
The big shift for me? Realizing that surviving isn’t enough. I didn’t want to just scrape by—I wanted to thrive. That’s why I created Anxiety Tribe. It’s not just a community; it’s a movement to help all of us embrace our incredible lives, anxiety and all.
Younger me would’ve loved a resource like this—a space filled with tools, tips, and products designed to empower, not just pacify. That’s what we’re all about here: sharing the best methods to push anxiety to the side so we can excel, dream big, and truly thrive.
